Terms and Conditions

Consultations: Private Ink Studios offers in person consultations for clients interested in collaborating with an artist one on one to create customized tattoo designs. The client will be charged a one-time $25 consulfation fee, which is nonrefundable and non negotiable, at the time of the consultation. The client will be given a 1 hour session to discuss the elements they would like to incorporate into the design, show reference pictures, and ask questions regarding the design. Apppointments: Clients will be charged a $25 booking fee to secure their desired appointment time. In the event a client would like to reschedule the appointment, at least 72 hours notice is required prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients that do not give 72-hour notice for appointment changes, or arrive over 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If the clients appointment is canceled and they will be considered a walk-in client, which may be required to schedule a new appointment depending on the artists availability.
